ABOUT US

DEWL is an owner-operated Earthmoving & Logging business, established in 2015 by Caleb Davies and partner Kayla Miles.

We started as an Earthmoving business working on farms, roading and logging our own small wood lots. We quickly progressed into larger forestry blocks and now operate predominately as a ground-based forestry crew.

We currently employ another three full time workers, being a small crew, we are all multi-skilled and can apply our hand at all jobs required, it keeps us fresh and motivated. We work well as a team and believe this is why we maximise use of time and generate good production in doing so.

We believe Health & Safety comes first above all else and that great production goes hand in hand with a good Health and Safety base. Everyone in our crew has an input into Health and Safety and as a company we strive to ensure our workers and all PCBU’s involved are kept safe. In March 2019 we decided to go through the Safetree Contractor Certification process. We felt that this would help ensure we have the safest workplace we can and certainty that every job is being done properly and safely.

We service the Waikato, Bay of Plenty & King Country areas, offer competitive rates and are HSWA compliant.
